Due to the incomparable advantages of many common labels in the in-mold labeling, it will eventually become a trend in the future. In general, the label materials used for in-mold labeling are classified into three types: PP, PE, and PE and PP copolymers. The in-mold labeling is divided into 3 layers. The first layer is a printable layer; the second layer is a main layer; and the third layer is a hot melt adhesive layer. In-mold labeling must have good venting. When integrated with the product, the exhaust function directly affects the appearance of the product. In addition, the in-mold labeling must be electrostatically treated after printing, otherwise it directly affects the yield of the labeling product.
